Tariff

All prices include bed and breakfast accommodation with tasty full Cornish breakfast made from all locally sourced fresh Cornish produce.

Rate: £27.50 - £30.00 per person per night based on twp people sharing.

Single Occupancy Room Rate: £45 per person per night or

£55 per person per night between 1st July and 30th Sept

Making Reservations:

A deposit of one nights stay per person is required at the time of booking.

Payment in full is required for stays of one or two nights.

For stays of three nights or more a 50% deposit is required.

Please send your deposit within five days to secure your booking.

Deposits to be made by cheque (made payable to "Kim Morgan"),

Deposits are non-refundable only where it is not possible to re-let the accommodation.

Your booking is confirmed as soon as a deposit has been paid.

Holiday insurance is recommended.
